What's the difference between Starter Cube and Cloud Cube?

Starter Cube is a bundle: a production server plus a matching development server, so you get identical environments for staging and testing. Cloud Cube is a single dedicated production server for teams that already have their own development setup or need specific capacity. Both include the same managed service.

Where does our infrastructure run?

Standard plans run on enterprise cloud servers in EU data centers by default, operated from the Netherlands. Some auxiliary services (like CDN and development tooling) are global providers. If you have strict data-residency requirements, tell us, we design the architecture around them.

Can we migrate without downtime?

Yes, that's the standard process. We build and test your new environment in parallel, sync data, and switch traffic only when everything is verified. Your current site keeps running until the moment of cutover, which we schedule around your traffic patterns.

Are we locked in?

No. You can leave with a month's notice on monthly plans. Your code, data, and configurations are yours. We hand over everything and assist with the transition. We keep clients by being good, not by making leaving painful.

What if production breaks at 3 AM and we don't have a 24/7 SLA?

You're not on your own. 24/7 emergency intervention is available to every customer at our standard hourly rate, billed per hour. If that becomes a habit rather than an exception, an Advanced or Enterprise SLA is usually the cheaper option.
